Bob’s journey in construction began in 1988 with a simple window-washing business in Boise. At his customers’ request, he started taking on handyman projects and quickly discovered a natural ability to solve problems and complete tasks with precision and care. His reputation grew, leading him to oversee property management and maintenance for more than 1,800 multi-family and single-family residences throughout the Treasure Valley.

As Bob built relationships with tradesmen across Boise and beyond, he expanded into residential and commercial remodeling with a crew of twenty employees. Always hands-on, Bob worked side by side with every trade, gaining extensive knowledge and mastering a wide range of construction skills. In 1995, he completed his first home addition—a milestone that opened the door to full-scale custom home building.
