Bob's construction journey began in 1988 with a simple window-washing business in Boise. Responding to customer needs, he expanded into handyman services, demonstrating his natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail. His growing reputation led him to manage property maintenance for over 1,800 multi-family and single-family homes throughout the Treasure Valley.

 

As Bob built strong relationships with local tradesmen, he ventured into residential and commercial remodeling with a dedicated team of twenty. Always hands-on, Bob worked closely with each trade, acquiring valuable knowledge and mastering various construction skills. In 1995, he achieved a major milestone by completing his first home addition, paving the way for custom home building.
